A broad reach to candidates

Realmatch operates a network of hundreds of job sites. Jobs posted on the RealMatch Network receive applications from the RealMatch-powered sites as well as from thousands of third-party job sites on which RealMatch post jobs. In addition, advertisers can access matching resumes from the vast, RealMatch resume database. The RealMatch-powered network includes newspapers, industry sites, TV and radio stations, chamber of commerce, associations, universities and more.  The entire Realmatch Network reaches 37 million job seekers per month.

Proprietary matching technology

RealMatch uses proprietary technology that can read job descriptions and candidate resumes and then match the two. It can also grade candidates based on how well they qualify for your specific job requirements. You can view a “Match Analysis” for each candidate before taking the time to read a resume.

Performance-based pricing

RealMatch does not charge the advertiser any upfront fees and is interested in “earning” your business, not expecting it like so many other job boards. Our approach allows you to post your jobs on our entire Network - for free. Then, during a 7 day trial period, you can view the resume summaries of the candidates that applied to your job and those that came up as matches from the RealMatch resume database. Based on the quantity and quality of such candidates you can decide whether to purchase access to their full resumes and contact information. By purchasing a “Resume Opening Package” you will gain access to an unlimited number of resumes per job. Quantity discounts for resume opening packages are available.

How to start using RealMatch?

Here is what you need to do in order to start using Realmatch: 

Register here to create your RealMatch account at no cost and with no obligations. Once your account is set up and Bullhorn confirms your request to use Realmatch, you can start posting jobs to RealMatch directly from your Bullhorn account.  

Realmatch will be seamlessly integrated into your Bullhorn system. You will be able to post jobs and view candidates from within your Bullhorn account. You will be able to transfer specific or all the resumes from the RealMatch system to the Bullhorn system, with a click on a button. The system is very simple to use and Realmatch will be happy to train you on how to use it for best results.
